We begin with the client filling out the initial inquiry form. Next, we either schedule a Kickoff call or exchange messages to discuss project details, brand, scope, deliverables, and timeline. This helps us align our understanding and set the stage for the project.

I’ll prepare a Project Proposal that includes the project scope, deliverables, cost, and timeline based on our initial discussions. Once you approve the proposal, you’ll be added to my client portal where you’ll find the contract and a 50% deposit invoice. The collaboration officially starts after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.

In the contact page, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire. This information is crucial for understanding your vision and needs. I will then conduct research and analyze competitors. Based on these insights, I’ll start crafting initial design concepts.

The design phase typically takes around 1-3 weeks. During this time, I will present the design concepts to you, explaining the creative process and how the designs align with your goals. Feedback will be collected through the client portal to refine and enhance the designs.

Once the design is approved and finalized, you’ll sign off on the project. I’ll then prepare the final invoice. After the payment is received, I’ll share a well-organized folder with all the design files, so you can start using your new designs right away.
